Client Service Agreement

1. Parties

This Client Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Luna's Courier & Translation Services ("Provider"), located in Ruby, South Carolina, and the individual or entity identified as the client ("Client") who books and/or receives services.

By booking an appointment, signing this agreement, or accepting services, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined herein.

2. Services Provided

Luna's Courier & Translation Services offers the following professional services:

• Interpretation Services — In-person English/Spanish interpretation at appointments including DMV, medical, legal, immigration, and other official settings ($50 – $150 per appointment)
• Transportation & Accompaniment — Door-to-door transportation combined with interpretation services ($25 – $100 per trip)
• Mobile Notary Services — Certified mobile notary public services at client's location including loan signings, document notarization, and remote online notarization ($25 – $200 per service)
• Document Assistance — Guided help completing forms, applications, and paperwork ($50 – $75 per hour)
• Courier & Document Delivery — Secure transport and delivery of important documents ($25 – $60 per run)
• Emergency & After-Hours Support — Urgent services including jail releases and time-sensitive document needs ($150 – $200 per call)
• Notary + Interpretation Bundle — Combined notarization and interpretation in a single appointment ($125 – $175)

4. Scheduling & Appointments

All appointments are scheduled through our online booking system (Calendly) or by contacting us directly. Confirmation will be provided within 2 hours of booking.

• Appointments are available during regular hours, evenings, and weekends
• Emergency and after-hours services are available 24/7 at the emergency rate
• The Client agrees to provide accurate contact information and appointment details

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been agreed upon in advance.

• Accepted methods: Cash, Zelle, CashApp, Venmo, and online payment via Calendly (Stripe)
• Prices are estimates; final pricing may vary based on distance, complexity, and duration
• Travel fees may apply for locations outside the Ruby, SC and Chesterfield County area
• A deposit may be required for certain services or first-time clients

6. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the appointment: no charge
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment: a cancellation fee of $25 may apply
• No-shows without notice: full service fee may be charged
• Rescheduling is free if done at least 24 hours in advance

7. Confidentiality

Luna's Courier & Translation Services is committed to maintaining the strictest confidentiality. All client information, documents, conversations, and personal details shared during the course of providing services will remain confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party without the Client's explicit written consent, except as required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Provider shall not be held liable for:

• Outcomes of any legal, immigration, medical, or governmental proceedings
• Errors, omissions, or decisions made by third parties (attorneys, courts, government agencies, etc.)
• Delays caused by circumstances beyond the Provider's control (weather, traffic, government closures)
• Accuracy of information provided by the Client or third parties

The Provider's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

9. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information for all documents and appointments
• Arrive on time or be available at the designated location for scheduled services
• Treat the Provider with respect and professionalism
• Pay for all services rendered as outlined in this agreement

10. Service Area

Primary service area includes Ruby, SC and the surrounding Chesterfield County region. Services may be available in neighboring counties (including but not limited to Marlboro, Darlington, Lee, Lancaster, and Richmond County, NC) with applicable travel fees.

11. Agreement Duration & Termination

This agreement remains in effect for all services booked with Luna's Courier & Translation Services until terminated by either party with written notice. Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Termination does not release the Client from payment obligations for services already rendered.

12. Amendments

The Provider reserves the right to update this agreement at any time. Clients will be notified of any material changes. Continued use of services after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina.
